Drive in Cinema

It was just like the movies! Watching a movie from our car, that is. Of course the movie was like the movies but we felt like we were in the movies…that’s enough of that!

Our chosen film was Arthur Christmas and Mark, Harry and I headed to Wetherby Racecourse for a screening organised by blueskyoutdoor.co.uk and it started promptly at 5PM which meant it was sufficiently dark enough for the full experience. Our ticket included a small pizza, we chose pigs in blankets topping for a bit of festivity, we bought the obligatory sweet cup and Harry had a hot dog. All went down a treat. 

The film was funnier than I imagined and the speaker was clear and perfectly in sync which I had worried about when they passed it through the window. 

It was great fun and an absolute bargain at £27 for the car!
